This was shot well before the lighthouse was lit...notice all the teeny weeny photographers...they ended up being in the wrong place...too much fog methinks.

this is surreal. almost fantasy like. How the fog makes the lighthouse seem like its just our imagination on top of how the water is flowing with no real of normalcy :)

Looks like you were in the perfect spot, though. :)

Absolutely mind-blowing image. The combination of the fog lit from within (well, the other side, I suppose...) the tiny silhouettes, the shadow of the light house and the gel-like appearance of the water: unforgettable. Thanks for sharing!

Great take on this one. This was my first year, but given the conditions I think the only chance to get good photos was getting really close due to the fog, at the end the effect of fog on those photos actually enhance the feeling of being there. Keep up the good work!
