holy crap....I thought is was photoshopped...then I read some comments and ur response...what a narrow depth of field...that macro lens is amazing...i look forward to see more of this series

Cool shot, but for some reason to me the focus seems unnatural, like you have done the bluring in post work.

Nope...no bluring in post work. This lens at f2.8 100mm has an incredibly short DOF at this focus range. I did tweak the colors a tiny bit though...

Oh okay fair enough. See I just have a rather basic digital cam and pretty basic knowledge at the moment, I'd love to get a digital SLR some time in the future and be able to experiment with different lenses and such
